1Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hanvira website and any services provided by Hanvira Technologies (“Hanvira”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2Definitions

• “Services” — website development, web-app development, hosting & deployment, UI/UX design and related work offered by Hanvira.
• “Client” — any person or entity that engages Hanvira for paid Services.
• “Deliverables” — the work products provided under an engagement.

3Services & quotes

Service descriptions and pricing on this site are offers to provide work and may change. Listed prices, launch offers and promotional rates are indicative and subject to a final written quote or proposal. A binding engagement begins only once a quote is accepted and any required deposit is received.

4Pricing & payment

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes.
• Promotional or “launch” pricing applies only for its stated period and may evolve as Hanvira expands.
• Invoices are payable by the dates stated on the invoice or proposal.
• Work may pause if payments are overdue.

5Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, access and timely feedback.
• Ensure you own or have rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Maintain backups of your own data where applicable.

6Intellectual property

Pre-existing Hanvira tools, frameworks and know-how remain our property. Subject to full payment and your engagement agreement, ownership of custom Deliverables transfers to the Client. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7Use of website tools

Any free utilities or tools offered on the site are provided “as is” for general use. You are responsible for how you use their output. See our Disclaimer.

8Warranties & disclaimers

We provide Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the site and any free tools are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanvira will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from use of the site or Services. Our total liability for any paid engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

10Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. We may suspend or restrict access to the site or tools if these terms are breached. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

11Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Warangal, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
